  1. Text Message: Share your mobile number with your local branch, and we will text you updates as your order(s) progress through the process.
  2. MyNSMOrder.com: Here, you can check the current status of your order, along with order details and frequently asked questions. To log in, you will need to enter the work order ID and the last name on the order. You should have received your Order ID via text message or e-mail. If you don't know your Order ID, please contact your local branch. Please include any leading zeros.

When do I receive a request to register?

If a new order is opened and we have a mobile number along with a scheduled evaluation date recorded in the order, a text message request to register will be sent to the mobile phone number.

Registering online helps save time and ensures we have all the information needed to properly handle your order.

  • Date of Birth
  • Primary Residence
  • Email Address
  • Primary Phone Number
  • Additional Phone #
  • Communications Preferences
  • Gender
  • Legal Guardian Contact Information (if applicable)
  • Emergency Contact Information
  • Health Insurance Information (up to 3 can be entered if needed)

How long will it take to register online?

Registration should take you no longer than a few minutes. Please have your insurance card on hand, as we request that you provide that information during registration.

What if I have more than one order? Do I receive more than one request to register?

No. If you have more than one active order, you will only receive one text message requesting you to register with NSM.

What if I don’t receive a text message requesting registration or if I don’t want to register online?

Your local NSM branch will contact you at the phone number we have on file to request all of the information required to process your order.
